The project consists of the new construction of a residential unit on the ground floor. The house retains the morphological characteristics of the nearby Venetian villa, such as the L-shaped layout to distribute the various rooms, providing them with different degrees of privacy. Additionally, the layout aims to promote optimal orientation to limit energy consumption and ensure maximum solar energy supply.
