ARCHITECTURE STUDIO
For over 30 years, we have been carrying out professional activities by designing and creating works of various types, relying on industry experts and cultivating aspects of research and theory from small to large scale.
"Being architects means having the taste to seek beauty in things, but above all helping others to see it."
Carmine Abate.
In 1987, graduated from IUAV of Venice, and from 1988 to 1996 collaborated as a contract assistant in Architectural Design courses. In 1980, participated in the "Burano Neighborhood Workshop" coordinated by architects Renzo Piano and Peter Rice. In 1987, edited the magazine "ATELIER", also directing a series of essays for the publishing house of the same name. In 1992, was a researcher for the CNR on projects for urban areas of ancient formation. Since 1987, has been professionally active in designing and constructing single and collective housing, factories, and restoration of architectural heritage. Participates in international competitions, receiving recognition. In 2010, was awarded the ICOM Italy Museum of the Year Award for the Glocal Museum section. From 1983 to 2011, wrote and published articles on architecture, environment, and sustainable mobility in industry books and magazines.

His projects have been exhibited at
national level exhibitions and have received several awards and mentions such as the NextLandmark Pollution 2019. In the same year, he refined his training by acquiring a comprehensive background on modern sustainability techniques and notions at the S.o.S in Bologna, a postgraduate internship academy founded by architect Mario Cucinella.
In 2021, he received the award in Copenhagen from the Henning Larsen Foundation for the "Architecture and Utopia" competition.
